The villa is fully furnished and very well equipped to a high standard of comfort and finish. All rooms are air conditioned and heating can be switched on if required, there are upgraded furnishings to the master and second en-suite bedrooms, Televisions are provided in all of the bedrooms, there is a cot & high chair if required. A telephone is provided and local area calls are free. All other calls will require a telephone card easily purchased from drug stores, supermarkets etc.
Family Room
Large, spacious and open plan in design, patio doors lead off the family room on to the covered lanai, a ceiling fan is also provided for your comfort, furnishings include two sofas and easy chair, there is a 28“Television with combined video & DVD player.
Games Room
If you have enough energy left after visiting the parks check out the games room which includes a 6’x4’ pool table, 7’x5’ air hockey, table football (foosball) and electronic darts board, complete with three ceiling fans, to keep you cool while relaxing.
Dining Room
Traditional style dining room table complete with six chairs.
Kitchen & Nook
Fully fitted kitchen complete with gas oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and combined large capacity refrigerator freezer with automatic ice-maker and chilled, filtered water dispenser.all modern utensils are on hand including blender and coffee percolator. Everything you need to cook if you so wish. Off the kitchen there is nook with a glass table & 4 chairs. There is a separate laundry room installed with a large capacity washer and dryer.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has been upgraded to include a king size bed, there is also a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with corner bath and extra large shower, patio doors off this bedroom lead on to the covered lanai.
Second En-suite Bedroom
Upgraded furniture to include a Queen size bed and complete with television.
Bedroom Number Three & Four
These two double bedrooms both have been provided with twin single beds each and a 20” television in one room, a portable Television is also provided in the other bedroom.
Bedroom Number Five
This is also a double bedroom complete with twin wardrobes and of course a double bed. Adjacent to this bedroom is the third bathroom, which also serves bedrooms two and three.
Lanai
The covered lanai is ideal for outdoor dining and has been provided with a wrought iron table & four chairs for this purpose, there is also a ceiling fan to provide extra cooling on hot days, leading off the lanai is the large pool and additional deck area with ample lounges, table & chairs for you to relax on after visiting the parks and attractions, or if you prefer lazy days by the pool.
Services
The villa will be cleaned, with fresh linen on the beds for your arrival. The pool & garden are checked & serviced weekly. Hair dryers are provided in the bathrooms, there is an iron & ironing board also provided. A baby high chair & cot are also provided at no extra charge. Maid service is not included beach towels are also not included.
Extras
Pool heating, if this is requested there will be a charge of £90 - $145 - per week. Including all taxes. Please note pool heat is recommended from November to March.

Daytona beach - 60 mins. Kennedy Space Center - 65 mins. Busch Gardens - 55 mins Gulf coast & Clearwater -70 mins. There are 4 excellent golf courses within 5 minutes of the villa including Champions gate and Highland Reserve.
