There is a covered lanai area with large table and chairs for alfresco meals. There is also an outside shower. New for 2007 a games room with table football a pool table and electronic dartboard. Golf clubs are also available. There is a large lounge with ample comfy seating and sofa bed and a 32" TV & DVD and Hi-Fi system. A seperate dining area for entertaining and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook for quick snacks and a seperate laundry room. The downstairs master suite has a king size bed, TV,DVD a master bathroom with large shower cubicle, heart shaped corner bath, twin wash basins wc and walkin wardrobe with security safe. There is a further bedroom with queen size bed and TV and 2 twin bedded rooms downstairs. All bedrooms have wardrobes and ample storage.
