There are 2 en-suite bathrooms and a third shared between the twin bedrooms. One of the bathrooms doubles as a useful shower room and toilet with access from the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with ice maker, cooker, microwave and dishwasher, which leads to the dining room with views over the peaceful Calabay Parc community.
In addition there is a separate utility room with a full size washer and dryer. Through the patio doors (guarded by decals of Pooh, Piglet and Eeyore for your added safety), you will find the extended lanai and 28ft x 14ft, south facing pool. There is plenty of room for sunbathing on the patio furniture supplied or simply relax and have a cool drink under the shaded lanai with ceiling fan. The pool can be surrounded by a child safety fence for your families convenience. There is a pool light which can be illuminated for night time swimming!
