Pofessionally Managed and Maintained this stunning, pool home has been disigned with the "Normandy Excutive" floor plan giving 2600sq ft of air conditioned family living space with vaulted ceilings and landing gallery to the upper floor area. The Villa layout is equaly suited for a single family use or a two family parties together with its oversized pool (which can be heated) and deck area - All located on a a sunny 11000 sq ft corner plot (look at the main photo), landscaped on all 4 sides with lawn, palm trees and with hibiscus shurbs to give an all year "splash" of color and plenty of space beween us and the neighbours.
"Bellamora Villa" has a large, bright and airy family room to relax in during the day or evening with comfortable, sumptuous sofas and love seat, plus an entertainment centre with largecable TV/VCR/DVD combo unit, a sound system with cd player - so that you can watch your favorite movie or lisen to the music that you love to hear.
We have also installed, for all to use, a computer system (with games) and a games room complete with pool table, darts board, football table (with 10 different games tops) and an "air hockey" table. We have even instaled a sound system in the room.
The family room opens out onto our oversized pool deck and sparkling waters of our 35x15ft pool with refreshing water features to it - relax and soak in the sun on our pool deck furnishing - even take time out from Disney pop back to the villa for a dip some lunch and them go back to see the parade and the fireworks close up later in the day.
The sleeping accommodation at the Villa is arranged to provide a varity of bedroom layouts: the spacious ground floor master (en-suite) bedroom its a private access to the pool area via its own sitting and reading room, the bedroom has a king size bed, nightstands with lamps, clock radio, telephone plus dresser with TV/VCR combo, two walk-in closets, private bathroom with vanity unit (two basins) walk-in shower room and toilet. The second (en-suite bathroom) and third bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with full-size beds, nightstands with lamps and dressers (with TV and radios) and closets.
There are also two "twin beded" bedrooms (adjacent to a bathroom with nightstands and lamps, dressers with TV and radios again all with closet space. Finaly, one of the sofas in the family room can be converted to a "queen -size" sleeper as required.
And we have not forgotten that this is a family home - we provide "free of charge" for the younger team members a baby alarm remote system cot/crib. highchair and strollers - please note all for security resons all entrance doors are alarmed.
