The villa is called "Blossom Villa" and is located in the center of Lake Berkley Resort, a secure and gated community with club house, swimming pool volley ball, tennis and other communal facilities. The villa has luxury furnishings and has been equipped to a very high standard. The Villa has carpets throughout with the exception of the kitchen, bathrooms, and entrance foyer to which benefits from ceramic floor tiles. The lovely screened pool (heating extra) is south-facing for sun all day and has plenty of patio seating including four loungers and is surrounded by bougainvillea for your privacy. The villa can accommodate two families in comfort having two separate and contrasting living areas. The spacious family room has everything to make your stay at our villa as comfortable as it can possibly be. The room overlooks the pool, which can be accessed by patio doors. The furniture includes two very comfortable sofas and chair. For your entertainment there is a large screen TV complete with multi-channel cable, DVD and video. This room is ideal for those that like watching movies The villa has a second formal lounge and dining area with table six chairs and two sofas, one can be converted into a bed. This room is ideal for the adults to relax or dine in comfort or listen to a CD on the stereo music system. There is also a set of board games and a small library collection so you can relax in peace.There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, self cleaning cooking range, microwave, large refrigerator, waste disposal system, telephone with free local calls, table, and kitchen dining area plus all required cooking utensils and cutlery. The villa contains four bedrooms and three bathrooms, The master bedroom has a king-size bed and is fully furnished with a walk in closet, telephone and alarm clock. The first master bathroom is located as an en-suite to the Master bedroom. This includes a Roman bath, a separate walk-in shower, a water closet, and a washbasin. There is also a cable TV. The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, cable TV, VCR and alarm clock. The second en-suite master bathroom comprising bath with integral shower, a water closet, and a washbasin. The remaining two bedrooms have single beds both with cable TV and VCR and the use of the third bathroom. One of these bedrooms also is home for a playstation 2
There is a double garage that also houses the washing machine and dryer.The Lake Berkley Resort is an upscale-gated community designed exclusively for vacationers. It features a large spring-fed lake with sandy beach, dock, volleyball and nature trail around the lake. There is also a 2000 square foot clubhouse with community pool, spa and fitness center, tennis courts, and children's playground. The clubhouse provides an ATM machine and a store that offers ice cream, snacks, suntan lotion, etc. The clubhouse was recently enhanced to offer computers with Internet access, movie rentals, and a games room complete with pool table, air hockey set, crane game, and several video games.Although it is convenient to all major attractions in Orlando, Lake Berkley Resort lies in a quiet, secluded enclave of luxurious private homes surrounded by wooded areas and orange groves. The Resort is located just off Highway 192 at Marker 14 within walking distance of Medieval Times and a 24-Hour Wal-Mart Superstore.The resort is less than ten minutes to Disney yet with easy access to Highway I-4 (by way of Highway 535 - Interchange 27) close to Sea World, Universal Studios, The Florida Mall, outlet malls, plus International Drive with all it has to offer. The Atlantic beaches and Kennedy Space Center are about an hour away and Clearwater and the world famous gulf beaches are about one and a half hours away. The Orlando Airport is approximately 20 minutes away.
