The house is in great condition with lots of lovely wood and all ammenities are supplied. You are 10 minutes from the busy Montpellier city center and only 20 mins to the beach. There are markets and restaurants nearby and bakers galore. We are in the city so there are flats and appartments nearby but being in a cul de sac it is very quiet.
