It is located in a much sought after area being only 12 minutes from Walt Disney World, minutes from a variety of Golf courses, (including Champions Gate Golf course designed by Greg Norman), and has easy access to Interstate 4 and all the shops, restaurants and evening entertainment on Highway 192.
Family Room
With plenty of room for all to relax, the Family Room has 2 giant settees and enjoys a peaceful outlook onto the pool. There is a superb 42 inch projection television with up to 100 channels, a DVD / video player and Hi-fi system for all to enjoy.
Kitchen
The kitchen comes fully equipped. As well as conventional oven and hob, there is a microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer with excellent icemaker, waste disposal unit, electric kettle and coffee maker. There is ample crockery. For less formal occasions you have a breakfast table in the kitchen.
Dining Room
For more formal dining, there is a dining table and chairs with six place settings.
Utility Room
Housing a large capacity washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Master Bedroom 1 + En-Suite
The spacious Grand Master Bedroom has an American king-size bed and looks out onto the pool.There is also a large walk-in closet complete with safe box.
The en suite bathroom hosts a sumptuous oval cultured marble bath where you can relax in privacy and soak away the strains of the day. It also has an oversized separate shower enclosure and twin washbasins, which are backed by a large illuminated mirror. A separate toilet to add that extra degree of privacy is also contained within the suite.
Bedroom 2 + En-Suite
Bedroom 2 has an American King Size bed. The en-suite comprises vanity unit, shower and toilet.
Bedroom 3 + En-suite
Bedroom 3 has an American Double-sized bed and overlooks the pool. The en-suite comprises vanity unit, tub with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 4
An enchanting Mickey Mouse themed bunk- bedded room with disney TV & DVD player which can sleep up to 3 children.
Bedroom 5
This bedroom has twin beds and is located beside the upstairs bathroom.
Upstairs Bathroom
The upstairs bathroom is shared by bedrooms four and five and comprises a vanity unit, tub with shower and toilet.
Games Room
The Games room is purposely buit and contains a 7 Foot pool table, playstation 2 , electronic darts, TV & Video, varous games complete with proper sitting area and air conditioning
Pool Area
The pool decking area has been extended to 22x 40ft. The pool itself has been upgraded to 28ft by 14ft and has underwater lighting. This whole area is screened to keep out any bugs. A selection of luxury sun beds and chairs are also by the pool. The pool area is protected by a safety fence which prevents unsupervised access to the pool by small children. The fence is easily rolled back for supervised use. Optional pool heating is available at extra cost. A gas barbeque is also provided.
A telephone is provided with free local calls, for other calls and international calls a phone card can be purchased at the local supermarket, which gives exceptional value. The telephone number will be issued prior to departure and may be given to close family etc, who may wish to contact you during your stay.
Double sets of linen are supplied for all rooms. Hairdryers are also supplied for your convenience. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge.
There is an abundant supply of towels available for use at the villa, both inside and at the pool.
Our Property Manager will be available 24 hours a day and you will find her, very friendly and helpful should you have any questions or problems during your stay.
