Although a typical white washed village, Riogordo boasts supermarkets, post office, banks, chemist and bars. A 24 hour medical centre is situated in Benamargosa a few klms away. Riogordo is also known for it Passion Play and the Semana Santa (Easter) procession. Lake Vinuela is a short drive away where you can fish, canoe or enjoy a meal at one of the beautiful lakeside restaurants.
