Villa for rent in Southern Dunes, Haines City, Orlando, Florida  The pool by day |  The lounge area |  The Master bedroom |  The Villa | Our beautiful 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home is situated on the spectacular Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club just 20 minutes from all the main attractionsand less than an hour to the coast. The perfect retreat for those who wish to recover from their tiring day at Disney or for those who just want somewhere peaceful and quiet where they can relax. It’s a great place for both golfers and non-golfers!
The Great Room is comfortably furnished with lounge and dining areas and has patio doors leading out to the pool area. There is a remote control Cable TV, DVD, Video and CD player in the lounge area and a music/intercom system throughout the house including the pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven. The house also has an iron and ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer giving you the opportunity to travel light if you wish. A safe is available for guest use.
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, walk in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with two person shower and patio doors overlooking the pool. There is also a connecting door from the bathroom to the pool area.
The second bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, TV, en suite bathroom and has a built in wardrobe.
The third and fourth bedrooms are both furnished with twin beds, have built in wardrobes and share the central bathroom.
The private screened pool is on the edge of the 16th fairway and as it faces west enjoys sunshine virtually all day and is ideally positioned to enjoy the fabulous Florida sunsets. The pool has a pool heater which is available for use at an optional extra cost. The extended patio area is furnished with table, chairs, sun loungers and sunshade.
A barbeque is available for use at the house.
A full compliment of linens and towels is provided for use within the house.
There are 3 supermarkets within 10 minutes of the house, including a Super Walmart which offers just about everything at incredible prices. Around the entrance to the estate, the local restaurants offer a wide variety at reasonalble prices.
Southern Dunes Golf and Country club is a unique, beautiful and spacious community with a secure gated entrance. Although close to all the main attractions it is situated in a quiet residential area.
