The Villa is located in the very sought after area of Indian Creek, which is a short 5 -10 minute drive from DISNEYWORLD. 25 minutes to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS and SEAWORLD. Very convenient for both SANFORD AND ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS - convenient also for TAMPA, being just off the 192 at the I4 and the 417 TOLL ROAD. There is also a new road being completed at the moment which will make getting there even easier!
2 minutes by car (or 10 if you are keeping fit and walking/jogging) are shops, restaurants, golf courses. Restaurants include TGIF, Chinese, Steakhouse, Italian, Pizza, Fish etc., etc., There is also a Supermarket. Now, new for 2005, some 7 - 10 minutes drive from the Villa is a new 24 hour Wal-Mart - just at the very end of the 192 West , and right on the US27.
For the Golf enthusiast there is a golf course approximately 2 minutes from the Villa, and numerous courses can be found (including the NEW CHAMPIONS GATE)only a few minutes drive away.
For those with little children, we supply, FREE OF CHARGE, a travel cot, (crib) highchair and buggy (stroller).
A recent addition to our house is a games room which is situated in the garage, included is a POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL TABLE, magnetic darts board and various board games, with more to be added in the near future
