The villa has its own private South facing 30’ x 15’ Swimming Pool with fully automated Jacuzzi Spa, optional pool heating and child safety fence. The large pool and extended sun deck area is fully screened and not directly overlooked providing lots of outdoor space to relax in. There’s plenty of poolside furniture including table, chairs and sun loungers with a large covered lanai that provides ample shade from the Florida sun.
There are 6 bedrooms 2 downstairs and 4 upstairs including a Master with King size bed and on-suite Shower, Bath, separate toilet, his and hers sinks and 2 walk-in wardrobes. 2 further Queen-sized bedrooms and another 3 twin bedded rooms. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 spacious living areas, fully fitted kitchen, 2 dining areas, Games Room and utility room.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ice maker, microwave, coffee machine, blender and all the cooking utensils and crockery you need.
There are 2 dining areas including a breakfast nook with plenty of seating and patio doors leading onto to the pool and deck area and a separate more formal dining area.
A separate laundry room contains top loading washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for your use.
We provide all the linen and towels including towels for the pool area and hairdryers in each of the bathrooms.
The villa has everything you need to make you feel at home and fully enjoy your stay in Florida including Cable TV's, DVD's, CD Hi-Fi, PS2, Karaoke and games including air hockey and table football.
A baby cot and many other items are available on request.
