The Villa benefits from a layout that ensures that it is generally secluded. There is a lockable garage and a gated drive with a turning area giving secure off road parking. The covered naya is just 3 steps up from the oval swimming pool that has Roman Steps at one end and is illuminated for night swimming. There is a tiled outside pool shower. From the balustrade at the side of the pool area there are panoramic views towards Javea bay and Montgo mountain. The pool is regularly and professionally maintained being cleaned twice a week in high season and a local company manages and maintains the property.
