Denia, which, as stated by the World Health Organisation to be the healthiest climate in the world, has an excellent warm Mediterranean climate and incomparable coastline of clear waters and sandy beaches is the perfect choice for a holiday. It is 1 hour’s drive from Alicante and Valencia airports and ½ hour north of Benidorm.

The old town of Denia, overlooked by the remains of the fortress castle, is a five minute drive and is full of bars, restaurants and tapas bars, perfect for an evening stroll. Denia lies at the foothills of the Montgo Mountains and this provides spectacular views over the bay of Denia and Javea on the other side.

The complex has a large pool and a children’s pool, large private garden and secured parking, it is approximately 5 minutes walk to all local amenities including the long sandy beach and restaurants and there are supermarkets and shops within walking distance of the property.

The location is ideally suited for those wanting a relaxing break with all the amenities close by for a little extra adventure and fun.
