The villa has two lounge areas. A large screen TV provides entertainment in the family room, supported by DVD and HI-FI systems, whilst peace and quiet can be found in the second lounge. There is also a choice of eating areas within the villa. A breakfast bar surrounds the kitchen area, together with an informal suite in the nook, along with a beautiful formal dining room. The kitchen includes cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and waste disposal, with a full range of crockery, pots and pans. A separate utility room provides for all your washing and drying needs. Our villa uniquely provides a fully equipped Games Room. This includes a fully size professional pool table, foosball, electronic basketball and darts. The large 30ft enclosed south facing pool provides opportunity for the whole family to have fun whilst the decking and garden allow you to soak up the Florida sun. Sun beds are provided along with an outdoor dining suite. The Master bedroom suite is outstanding with a Queen-size bed, satellite TV and maple furnishings along with a luxurious en-suite bathroom including a large tub and separate double shower, double vanity basins and a huge “walk in wardrobe”. A further king-size room with light oak furnishings is situated alongside the second bathroom, which has full facilities of a bath, shower and vanity unit. Two additional twin rooms provide for individual comfort and one is themed around Mickey Mouse, especially for the children. A cot and high chair are provided for our younger guests. All bedrooms have large wardrobes and subdued lighting together with ceiling fans to circulate the cooling air.
