Don't over-pack though, because this 2- bedroom, 2- bathroom condominium is well equipped. We have a kitchen with all the big and small appliances, living room with cable TV and VCR (the theater is within walking distance), spare linens, beach towels and chairs, and a whole lot more. Each bedroom and the family room has a ceiling fan in case you want to enjoy the gulf breeze and turn off the air conditioner. We are on the fourth floor of a five story 10 year young building. Your reserved covered parking spot is only four spots from the elevator. The grounds are manicured and the unit is very clean, well-cared for and beautifully decorated.
