Villa for rent in Calabay Parc, Davenport, Orlando, Florida Enjoy our four bed, three bath villa on the exclusive Calabay Parc community. Within minutes of Disney and all the major attractions. This luxurious villa is suitable for two families, accommodating up to a maximum of 10 people.
Completed in July 2004, our villa is fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. Each en-suite master bedroom has direct access to the pool/sun deck area and both are equipped with american king sized beds. The two twin bedded rooms, one of which is Disney themed, share a third bathroom with shower. All linen, towels and hairdryers are provided. Cots and highchairs are available if required.
All rooms have cable TV (six TV sets in total). Also provided are two DVD/CD players complete with movies, Playstation 2 complete with games, two portable CD/radio players, radio alarm clocks in all bedrooms. There are telephones in the master bedrooms and kitchen offering free local calls. You will also be provided with a $5 phone card to call home and the villa's phone number to enable you to be contacted from back home.
The villa has a spacious kitchen complete with cooker, large microwave, refrigerator with ice-making and drinks dispenser facilities, dishwasher, coffee percolator etc and a full range of utensils.
The children's room with Queen size sleeper sofa is a great place for the kids to get a break from the adults!
There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The large covered pool and deck area comes complete with a simply operated jacuzzi/spa and a full range of padded patio furniture. A range of pool toys are also provided. The pool can be heated if required during the cooler months and is lit for night-time use. A removable child safety fence is errected as well as alarms to all doors entering the pool area for your children's safety. We are presently landscaping around the pool with a range of plants and palm trees to give you that true tropical atmosphere. The pool area is not overlooked at the rear as so many others are.
Inside the villa you will find a range of books and maps on Florida and Disney to help you get the most out of your stay.
A full management service is available throughout the period of your holiday to assist with any aspect concerning your villa accommodation.
Calabay Parc has its own recreational area for smaller children as well as a volleyball court for the more athletic. Tennis courts are proposed subject to planning permission.
Orlando International and Sanford Airports are within easy reach. Glorious Gulf Coast beaches are only an hour's drive away. Calabay Parc is also close to new local supermarkets, take-away food courts, a new Internet Cafe, ticket distribution centre and is within a 4 minute drive of two brand new Greg Norman designed golf courses.
