The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has to 2 lovely swimming pools, and the balcony has a built-in barbeque. If you are driving, there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. The master bedroom has its own private sunny terrace.
The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac so there is no "through traffic" and very peaceful,yet less than ten minutes walk to the lively "Cabo Roig Strip" where you will find bars,restaurants
