Situated in Quesada, the property represents a good class of accommodation. The house is in a quiet residential street with the community swimming pools to the rear (not visable from the house.)with ample parking.The front garden is shingled,with a small lemon and orange tree. There is a covered veranda with table and chairs, to the rear of the property is a paved seating area.
The master bedroom has a large balcony to the front and the second bedroom has an additional balcony to the rear.Also upstairs is the good sized bathroom with corner bath, over bath shower, vanity unit and toilet.
Downstairs is the lounge diner, third bedroom, kitchen and toilet/shower room.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are a 10 minute drive. The Costa Blanca area around Torrevieja has some of the best beaches in Europe. It has 7 EU blue flag beaches. These vary from the very active beaches with a full range of water sports, activities & services to secluded rocky and sandy coves.
All of the major beaches have first aid posts and most have refreshment areas.
Golf
If you fancy a round of golf Quesada has its own golf course La Marquesa.
The superb golf course La Finca is nearby. Some of the best golf courses in Spain are a 10/15 minute drive away, La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor etc.
Travel
The main airports for the area are within easy travelling distance, Alicante 30 mins and Murcia (San Javier)is around 30 mins (approx). Car Hire is advisable to be able to explore the lovely surrounding areas/beaches.
Distances
There is a well developed traditional 'high street' in 'Old Town Quesada' providing all the facilities that you would expect, within 10/15 minutes walking distance of the house. There is a local supermarket within the residential complex

Ciudad Quesada is on Spain's Costa Blanca close to
Torrevieja, Guadamar del Segura and Rojales.
Dona Pepa has its own luxury Spa hotel, which is well worth a day visit for a pamper.
Benidorm is approx 50 minutes, and has the famous theme park 'Terra Mittica' which is excellent.
The towns of Alicante, Elche, Murcia, La Manga, Cartengena are all easily accessible by car.
