4 High powered fans included in the rental. | NEARBY ACTIVITIES Puerto Rico has two public beaches. The main one pictured here is a couple of minutes walk from the local bus stops. Again this beach is very popular with the locals at the weekend.
If you're someone who has a towel fixation for saving the best sun bed, here you'll just have to get there early, from around 9-10am to ensure the best position. Half of the beach is reserved with sun beds, the other half is your traditional towel on the sand area.
There's a stone jetty or breakwater that's been built and also reserved by sun beds. They will cost you around €2.10 for the day, a parasol an additional €1.50.
The facilities by the beach cover everything you could possibly need including a water slide. There are public toilets, dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops selling beach accessories from towels to inflatables.
On the beach you will find an array of watersports and activities for young and old.

All year round the rates are 35.00 Euros per night, except for the Summer holidays and other childrens holidays throughout the year, where the rate is 40.00 Euros per night, and at Christmas and New Year where the rate is 50.00 Euros per night.

The apartment is on a quiet complex and has its own panoramic views over Puerto Rico. The complex is popular with couples who are looking for a relaxing independent holiday. It is within 15 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the Europa Centre, which has a choice of shops, bars and restaurants. A 5 minute taxi journey will take to Puerto Rico's bustling nightlife, where you will find a choice of bars, restaurants and various nightclubs.
The apartment has brand new fittings and furnishings, with 50m2 of living area, plus a large balcony of 20m2.
