Our villa is new and lies just off the Colmenar to Comares road.
The fully air conditioned villa (essential in the summer months) is set in 3.5 Acres and consists of 4 bedrooms and can sleep 6 adults and upto 5 children (no sofa beds). There are 2 double rooms, 1 twin bedded room, and the childrens room consisting of 2 sets of bunk beds (one with a double on the base providing 5 beds). A family bathroom complements the ensuite to the master bedroom.
The lounge consists of 2 setee's and has sky TV showing the freeview channels. A DVD Player and HIFI are available for those nights in.
The kitchen is fully equiped with an oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven/grill, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer and the all important bottle opener.
The crockery and glassware are all high quality (crystal wine and brandy glasses) for use inside the house and a complete unbreakable set of glasses and plates for use on the patio and around the pool.
Outside is a 8.5 x 4.5 m private pool ranging from 3 to 6 feet in depth. A large patio with sunloungers surrounds the pool and a large patio and chairs allow the whole family to eat al fresco, possibly from the BBQ.
If required we can offer a meet and greet service (small additional cost applies)at Malaga Airport, after you collect your hire car (recommended) and guide you back to the Villa, we will also show you how all the contols work at the villa including Air Conditioning, Satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
