We have a fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV's are in the living room and bedroom, and there is a DVD and VCR player. The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room and bedroom have recently been remodeled. The unit has ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, tiled floors in all rooms except the bedroom, and much more.
Sunbird is a family-oriented complex and is located on Thomas Drive next door to the famous "Pineapple Willy's restaurant. A few steps through an adjoining gate and you are ready for a mouth-watering lunch or cozy sunset dinner on his pier. Walk back via the beach!! Wal Mart is very near - walk or drive over. Play golf at Signal Hill which is across the street from the Sunbird in easy walking distance. There are other shops and restaurants nearby.
Both the East and West Towers have a swimming pool. The West is heated as needed for colder days. Charcoal barbecue grills are located on the deck of these pools. The main pool is located between the two towers. Lighted tennis courts are onsite, as well as shuffleboard and volleyball.
Towels and linens are provided, so all you need to bring is your beach towel and suntan lotion!
