This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is situated on the edge of the golf course in an elevated position and enjoying panoramic views over the golf course. Located in a newly developed complex mix of apartments and town houses this property shares the communal green areas and the 60-metre-long landscaped swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a children's playground.
It is only about 15 minutes walk to the golf clubhouse, and the marina with its tapas (Spanish snacks) bars, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets, etc. The beaches are also about 15 minutes walk. There is a english bar closer at hand too, 5 mins up the road.
This house has been built so that the principal rooms (living/dining and main bedroom) and terraces enjoy the extensive views. It was only completed in 2003 and has been attractively furnished and completely equipped.
The entrance hall (which has a guest lavatory with shower) leads into the living/dining room which has double doors to the south facing terrace. The terrace is complete with outdoor furniture and enjoys splendid views over the golf course.
There is beautiful furniture in the living area. There is also SKY TV with a DVD player and air conditioning to keep you cool. The dining area seats eight in comfort.

The ceiling fan and air conditioning will help keep you cool. There is an en-suite bathroom with a full bath with shower attachment and a bidet.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a large built-in wardrobe. There is also air conditioning and a ceiling fan to help keep you cool. A glass door opens onto a terrace which is shared with the third bedroom which has twin beds, a large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Double glass doors open onto a terrace which is shared with the second bedroom. The bathroom contains a full bath with shower attachment and a bidet.
