The house boasts an oversized SOUTH FACING POOL, SPA and screened deck with overlooking a lake. A haven for sunbathers. The surrounding deck has luxurious patio seating for family entertaining and there is a large covered lanai with ceiling fan, providing shade from the all day Florida Sunshine. Child security alarms are fitted to sliding doors leading to pool area for parents peace of mind. A full pool screen is provided for added safety. The spa has an automatic switch and timer to make tho most of you relaxation time. This premiun plot has fencing either side of the pool area thus offering peace privacy and tranquillity whilst viewing the local wildlife and lake. Extra lighting around the pool for evening dips in the pool and spa. Pool and spa both have underwater lighting. You can hire a gas BBQ for $20 per week. An extended driveway provides off road parking for two vehicles.
