Villa for rent in Bridgewater Crossing at Town Center Davenport Florida  Private Pool |  Lounge |  Dining Room |  Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom | The master bedroom with king sized bed is very large with patio doors opening onto the pool and an ensuite bath room with oval bath, separate walk in shower, two basins and toilet.
Next to the master bedroom is another bathroom with huge walk in shower opposite a twin bedded room which overlooks the swimming pool. There is no access to the pool through this room, however, which makes it safe for little ones.
The lounge has patio doors and over looks the pool from a very comfortable seating area with a TV/video and CD player. One of the two sofas converts to a queen sized sofa bed.
A beautiful arched feature divides the lounge from the dining room which contains a dining suite seating 6 – 8.
The kitchen is gorgeous with every possible modern convenience including a large fridge, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a further eating area here with a table to seat four. Off the kitchen is a utility room with large washing machine and tumble dryer.
Two further bedrooms share a third bathroom and this feature makes the house suitable for a large family (we have 4 children ourselves) or indeed two smaller families. One of these bedrooms is double bedded while the other is a twin room. Both are immaculately and tastefully furnished.
The swimming pool is south facing, fully screened and 5’ deep. Patio doors lead from the sitting room and the master bedroom. A covered eating area makes this a perfect place for relaxing in the sun or shade! A temporary screen can be put up round the pool to give parents a break from worrying about tiny non-swimmers! A brand new BBQ is available.
The villa is well designed and beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home and more! Baby equipment includes a cot and highchair. The villa is all on one level and suitable for disabled guests and toddlers. We respectfully ask guests not to smoke in the villa or around the pool. Pets are also not permitted! All bathroom towels and bed linen is included. We ask that guests bring their own pool towels but everything else in the villa is included in the price of your stay apart from the heating in the pool. There is a telephone and internet access in the villa which will accept calls from worldwide and which can be used to make local outgoing calls.
