Located at Clear Creek, Woodridge (just off the Highway 27, approximately one and a half miles from the 192), the villa is in a fabulous location to enjoy the many attractions that Orlando has to offer. There is a 24 hour supermarket, petrol station, bank, pharmacy, pizza take-away, and hairdresser situated at the entrance to the community. There is also a new Wal-Mart Supercentre just a couple of minutes away.
The villa has an eat-in kitchen, living/dining room, two master bedrooms with en-suite facilities, plus three twin bedded rooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. A washer and separate dryer are situated in the utility area at the back of the garage.
Also provided is a telephone with free local, long distance and international calls to most countries, Cable TV (one in the lounge and a TV/Video Combi in Master Suite 1 and a TV/DVD Combi in Master Suite 2), iron, ironing board, and hairdryers. All linen and towels are provided. Free use of travel cot, highchair and stroller.
After a long day at the parks, relax by the covered pool (which can be heated). For added enjoyment, the pool backs on to a conservation area and is south facing. For those extra warm days, the covered lanai will provide a welcome shading from the sun. For added safety, the doors and windows to the pool are protected by an alarm which, when set, will activate if the door or windows are opened.
Highway 192 with its endless restaurants, shops, and take-aways is just minutes away by car, and International Drive is approximately 15 minutes, so you will never be short of things to see and do.
