The Fig Tree Villa is situated in the La Chismosa area of Playa Flamenca on a quiet gated residential complex. Built on a Quad, the Villa has its own L shaped pool and garden. The complex is long established with beautifully maintained garden areas and walkways. Our garden is surrounded by Cypress hedging giving a degree of seclusion.
The ground floor terrace is fully tiled with dining for six, a BBQ and sun loungers all under the shade of a mature fig tree and of course your own private pool. The pool is 6 metres by 4.5 metres, it has a shallow end with four steps into the pool and a deep end of 1.8 metres in depth. The pool is maintained weekly by one of our local representatives.
The main bedroom and the additional sofa bed in the lounge are situated on the ground floor of the villa, with stairs leading up from the dining room to the second bedroom and the roof solarium where there is further seating and sunloungers to catch all of that Spanish sun! We have just added pay as you go air conditioning units in both of the bedrooms.
A five minute walk from the villa reaches a large pay as you go pool complex costing 5 Euros per day for adults, less for children. This complex has a large adult pool, childrens pool, bar/restaurant and a crazy golf course.
The nearest bars and restaurants are a 5/6 minute stroll, as are two supermarkets which are corner shop type and size) A wide range of larger well known supermarkets are less than 5 minutes in the car.
A longer walk of some 20 minutes will reach the more lively Playa Flamenca commercial centre with every bar and restaurant combination you can imagine.
Three Blue Flag sandy beaches are within a 5 minute drive; Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and La Zenia, where you can hire sunbeds and there is plenty of space for ball games. La Zenia is particularly good for watersports and equipment hire.
The town of Torrevieja itself is just a 10 minute drive, bus, or taxi away, all of which are easily available. The town has an array of shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, etc plus lovely seaside promenades, several beaches, an aqua park, street markets and a marina.

We are flexible out of season and you do not have to book Saturday to Saturday, you can also book long weekends so please ask!
There is a compulsory cleaning charge of €60 for each booking which includes 1 set of bedding and bath towels per person, this is paid locally on arrival.
We can provide you with a travel cot and highchair for your stay but please provide your own cot linen.
If you do not wish to hire a car during your stay we can provide you with details for airport transfers ranging from a small car to a minibus, please ask at time of booking.
