The typical unspoilt Spanish villages of Alcalali and Orba are 5 minutes drive away, where you will find local bars, shops and restaurants where wonderful inexpensive meals can be enjoyed. Denia with its beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife is only 25 minutes drive. Other beach resorts can be found at Javea, Moraira and Calpe, all of which are approximately 25/30 minutes drive. For bargains and more informal shopping here are numerous local markets.
