The fabulous 30 x 15 ft pool sits sparkling in the sunshine, with a spectacular background of trees and tropical planting. Unusually, the pool is heated by both gas AND electric heat pump. This means that even when the temperatures really drop (which is possible in the winter months), you will ALWAYS have the Spa quickly available and heated to 102 degrees. Pool Heating is optional May-September, but highly recommended.
The very private, extra-large south and west facing deck gives you the benefit of enjoying maximum sun AND the spectacular Florida sunsets. Screening and planting ensure privacy.
