Minimum Rental Days - There is no minimum days required NB An additional £65 / $90 cleaning fee will be added to all bookings of less than 7 nights. Arrival Days - We accept guests on any day of the week which could potentially cut down on you flight costs. Booking Deposit - A £100 /$150 per week booking deposit is required to secure your dates and is none refundable. Security Deposit - A £150 / $250 security deposit must be paid 10 weeks prior to your departure date and will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return date (minus damage costs if incurred). Balance Payment - The outstanding balance is to be paid 10 weeks prior to your departure date. For bookings less than 10 weeks in advance, payment must be made in full, along with the security deposit.
