Apartment for rent in Spain Murcia Mar Menor La Torre Polaris  pool area |  View from terrace |  terrace with dining area |  living room | Here we have our new apartment on the luxury La Torre site just 15/20 mins from Murcia airport and glorious beaches.
The apartment is in a complex which has full security with entrance with number plate recognition and permanent security patrol - this means that this development is one the the very few which do not have bars on the windows!
The apartment itself is nicely furnishes with Living room with corner unit which seats 4/6 and further leather 2 seater sofa and an entertainment unit with flatscreen TV/DVD/SAT as well as quality HIFI. There is a window to rear and patio doors with full electric blinds.
There is a seperate kitchen with all usual appliances inc halogen hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washingmachine.
The bathroom is spacious with decent size bath with shower above and screen, wash hand basin, bidet and low level WC.
Bedroom 1 has a king size double bed and spacious built in wardrobes, window to front. Bedroom 2 is as per bed 1 but with 2 single beds.
The terrace area is where the dining table is positioned and provides a very pleasant area for breakfast, lunch or an evening meal - it overlooks the garden area (part private to the apartment and communal beyond) and the pool and golf course with lake beyond.
The apartment has underground parking and is lift serviced. A 5 star hotel is being constructed on the site (due for completion I believe early 2008 but Spanish time so more news on that when it happens). There is a telephone in the apartment for free incoming calls and free calls within the development - eg to book a round of golf, reserve a restaurant table or contact other residents and shops.
There is a supermarket on site and a growing number of restaurants and bars - as at sep 07 an Irish Bar, Golf Clubhouse, Tapas Bar, Italian Restaurant.
Full cleaning service before and after letting and quality linen/towels provided for your stay.
This apartment makes a great holiday or golfing choice and is a cut above the usual type of accommodation you will find in Spain.
