Apartment for rent in Sitges, Barcelona  Living Area |  Master Bedroom |  Pool |  Sunny Balcony | Superbly located in a quiet residential area with only a very short walk down to the main beaches and only 10 minutes from the restaurants, cafes, shops and bars of the old town centre - this first floor apartment is in a great location for your stay in Sitges.
There is a communal swimming pool available (20 x 7 metres) which is shared with other neighbours in the block. There is also a small paddling pool also, for the younger children. Please be aware that there is no life guard so the kids will need to be watched.
The living room is of a super size and is bright and sunny all year round. You can walk through the sliding doors to the terrace which has sun from about midday all the way through the afternoon. In the living area there are two stylish black leather sofas and coffee table plus a CD, DVD and TV wtih UK channels via satellite. In the living room there is a dining area with a large oak dining table and six chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted with ample cupboard space and black marble worktops. There's a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and a kettle. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The master bedroom suite has a super king size bed (180 cm) with lots of large built-in wooden wardrobes. From the bedroom there is a full ensuite bathroom with bath, power shower, sink , bidet and w.c.
There is also a second bathroom with a bath, power shower, sink , bidet and w.c.
The second double bedroom has a king size bed (150cm) where you can walk right out onto the balcony. There is plenty of built in wardrobe space to provide you with as much storage as you will need.
The third bedroom is a smaller room with a single bed and a large built in wardrobe with also a further single foldaway sofa bed.
There is also a handy laundry room accessible from the front balcony where there is the washing machine, sink and clothes horse.

This is a great apartment conveniently located for both the beaches and the old town in a quiet residential area popular with families and young couples. With two balconies and and three bedrooms there is plenty of space to relax and entertain.
