Casa Lechuzas is finished to the highest standard and is situated in a quiet residential area, in an elevated position, 1.5Km from the sea. The villa sleeps up to 8 people with each of the 4 bedrooms having air conditioning and televisions. There are 2 shower rooms and 1 full bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan dining and living areas. The living area leads on to a covered terrace, which is adjacent to the south-facing pool terrace and large (11m x 4m) swimming pool, with a sea view.
On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom, with a queen size bed and en-suite and 2 twin-bedded rooms, next to the family shower room.
The third bedroom, which is upstairs , has an en-suite shower room.
For winter lets there is central heating throughout the villa. The prices per week are inclusive of air-conditioning in the summer months and central heating in the winter months.

There is a small sandy beach approximately 1.5Kms from the villa as well as a a number of local restaurants and shops only a short drive away and a bar/restaurant a 3 minute walk away.
