We have a management couple who are available at all times. They will welcome you to the villa and provide any information required. A welcome pack of basic food items is supplied. Linen is changed every week. Guests staying for longer who do not wish to be disturbed can ask for a clean set of linen and towels to be provided. The pool and garden will be maintained once a week (normally Saturday). Externally there is a patio Andaluz opening onto a broad terrace with a large floodlit pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a BBQ, outside dining area, large roof terrace (all with fabulous views) and car port. The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles).
