The buiding was completed in 2008 and consists of two self-contained apartments. Your one is on top and I live in the apartment below. You have your own private entrance and all modern amenities. The apartment is forty-five square metres plus two large sunny balconies with beautiful views of the mountains and over the red tiled roofs and the blue dome of the village church. The apartment is in the village of Kokkari but also in a quiet location within easy walking distance of the centre, the harbour and the beaches. Kokkari is a traditional fishing village surrounded by olive groves,vine yards,fruit trees and forested areas. The nature is apparent everywhere, from the blue Aegean bays to the wild flowers and the magnificent hill walks to village tavernas with panoramic views over the coastline. Summer nights are alive with tavernas, restaurants and bars around the harbour and along the beach.
