The garden is one fo the largest available for this type of property and as such offers enough space for all the party to enjoy sunbathing and alfresco dining. The house is unoverlooked (frontline) and its South facing aspect keeps the house warm in winter and offers the potential of day long sun onto the front garden - regardless of the time of year you visit. The house is equipped with full airconditioning throughout, which can be switched to a heat mode in winter if needed.
