On the upper floor there is a double bedroom (en-suite), a large twin bedroom, a family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and a dining room to seat 6. A naya leads off the lounge and provides outside seating/dining with a sea-view. Downstairs there is a lounge with 2 luxury sofabeds, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 bunkroom) and a bathroom. A large covered terrace with dining table and chairs, leads off the lounge and overlooks the large private pool and extensive sunbathing terrace, containing ample loungers to relax on. Televisions, DVD players and iPod docking stations are present upstairs and down. There is also a floodlit outdoor BBQ area with further dining facilities. The large grounds offer beautiful shady seating areas. Private parking for up to 3 cars is provided behind secure gates.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bedsheets and towels (not beach towels) provided and changed once a week. Pool cleaned once a week.
Notes on accommodation:
The villa was redecorated throughout at the start of 2007 and all furniture was then brand new. The whole villa was rewired in March 2008, with other electrics and lighting improved. New double glazing was installed in January 2008. Security is excellent - intercom entry system and large lockable driveway gates. A 4 minute drive to the beach or the centre of Moraira, which boasts a huge variety of restaurants, the villa is ideally located to provide a fabulous holiday for families with children or groups of friends.
