This apartment is a spacious studio flat in Port Royale, overlooking the attractive fishing village of Los Cristianos.
The large sun terrace has seating for 4 people, two sunbeds, and a small barbecue. Smoking is permitted on the terrace only please. There is an American kitchen with hotplate, microwave and fridge.
Newly modernised with shower. TV with satellite connection. Access to the flat from the road is achieved on one level, but the pool is on a lower level, so some steps are involved.
The apartment has two full size single beds and a couch-bed.
The sun terrace is large, and offers good sea and mountain views. A table with umbrella are provided, together with two sunbeds and a small BBQ.
Port Royale has a pool area close to the apartment with sunbeds and umbrellas (at no charge).
The apartment is cleaned before and after every stay. Extra cleaning can be arranged at a small extra cost during longer stays. Linen is changed weekly.
