Easy access to Denia town and local nightlife The apartment is light and airy with shuttered windows on all sides. There are three bedrooms. The master with en suite bathroom, shower and WC. Of the other 2, one has twin beds and the other bunk beds. There is a travel cot and buggy. There is another shower room also with WC. The apartment is well fitted and plenty of kitchen equipment including a large fridge. There is Sky TV ( family package). The terrace is a great place to spend your day relaxing on the sunloungers or sharing a glass of wine round the table The sandy beach just a short walk away (100m) We have 2 children and often stay at the apartment ourselves, it is therefore very well equipped for families. There is more than adequate kitchen equipment including extra plates glasses cutlery etc. There is an oven and grill. There is equipment such as coffee pots, saucepans and a sandwich toaster. In the colder months there are duvets and spare heaters if needed. The air conditioning and heating are very effective. There are patio doors onto the terrace from two of the bedrooms as well as from the lounge diner. There are large wardrobes and drawers in all the bedrooms. The master suite is separated by a further door allowing complete privacy. Our managers will turn everything on and make sure you know how to use everything on arrival.
