Villa for rent in Orange Tree, Florida, USA Grove Villa is situated in a quiet location in the rolling hills of Central Florida with its abundance of lakes, orange groves and golf courses. It is ideally located, just 10 miles from the main Disney World complex yet well away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando and Kissimmee traffic, providing a relaxing atmosphere in which to enjoy your vacation. The accommodation comfortably sleeps 8 and has a south facing pool and jucuzzi.
Our newly constructed home which has been tastefully furnished is air-conditioned and comprises two living rooms, three bedroom, two bathrooms and a games room. The main living room ‘The Family Room’ is spacious and looks out over the pool, jacuzzi and conservation area beyond. The second living room ‘The Den’ is fitted with a queen size sofa. The Den is an ideal place to escape from the midday sun and have a quiet hour with a book while the children practice their darts, pool or table tennis skills in the games room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed an en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. Bedrooms two and three have twin beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ample drawer space.
Towels and bed linen are provided. Cot and high chair are available if required at no extra charge.
The covered porch, large deck area, pool and jacuzzi are south facing with plenty of chairs and loungers for you to relax on. An additional sun deck has been built outside the screened pool area for those brave enough to take on the elements. There is also BBQ/grill facilities for those, like me, who feel a holiday wouldn’t be complete without a BBQ every other day.
