Pools are very well maintained with a lovely surrounding of shrubs pinapple trees , flowers etc. This house will sleep 8 Adults easily , but there would be a extra charge for this.( please note ) It is located within walking distance from shops, bars and resturants and the gorgeous Cabopino Beach. Cabopino beach which has been selected as one of the best along the Costa Del Sol, is a 10 minute walk away. On Cabopino port (also 10 minute walk away) there are many bars, restaurants and cafe's. On the complex there are aprroximately 90 Town houses situated around two large shared swimming pools. Near by in Calahonda which is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk there are 3 large supermarkets, places to eat and drink, english chemist, english DVD rental shop, etc. There is also a large sports centre where tennis, squash, gym and use of the sauna are available. It is centered between Fuengirola and Puerto Banus. In Fuengirola there is a fantastic zoo, waterpark and lots of nightlife with a huge selection of clubs and bars along the coast. In Puerto Banus there is also a large selection of bars and restuarants, their famous port, and many shops. There is a bus stop just 5 minutes walk away for easy access to Marbella town, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola. The house is in lovely newly built location and directly overlooks the 11th and 12th green on Cabopino Golf Course. There is a Golf Driving range and full practise facilities just a 2 minute walk away from the house. It also has lovely sea views. It is a 25 minute drive from Malaga airport (transfers can be arranged) Please note : There is no Guest towels provided. Beach Towels are provided . 1 per person. The house has a roof-top solarium with an outside shower, sun-beds and with lovely views of the sea, swimming pools and the Golf Course. There are many items available for babies, for example high chair, baby toilet seat and baby travel cot. On the patio there is a outside table with 6 chairs , with a lovely pull along shade for when the sun gets too hot. The townhouse has air/heat conditioning.
