A lovely children's play area is just behind the Villa, two of the many ornamental lakes with walking path and fishing just in front. Cumbrian Lakes is gated so very private, the house is also key less so nothing to drop or loose when at the parks, a safe is provided for any valuables. Wall Mart, Publix and all restaurants and all the stores you expect for shopping are very close by. PS3 and games, board & Card games, books provided for all ages.
