EXTERIOR: Outside there is private parking, extensive open and covered terraces around a lovely 10×5m ILLUMINATED private pool. Within the garden is a quality gas bbq and grill, ample seating, and magnificent views towards the Mediterranean and the coastline of the Costa Blanca. The spacious open tiled terrace is private and has sun loungers and parasols, and the rest of the garden is planted with mature palms and fruit trees.
INTERIOR: The villa is stylishly furnished and well equipped to high standards. The spacious entrance hall leads to a large lounge with separate dining area, which in turn leads though to a spacious kitchen with modern conveniences and a breakfast bar area. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and wine cooler. The lounge has English TV and radio.
