There’s a public parking area just in front of the main gate of the complex.
Villa Alhambra is a wonderful, lighted and exclusive duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces facing south and 2 Terraces- Solarium with amazing views of Nerja and the coast line in the horizon.
It has air conditioning in all bedrooms and heating all over the house.
It comprises of :
* Master bedroom situated on the upper floor, with own terrace. Access to the Roof-Terrace.
* Twin room on the first floor and full bathroom
* Full second bathroom
* Large Twin room on the ground floor
* Fully equipped Kitchen
* Dining / Living room with Satellite TV. Patio door towards the main terrace with BBQ. Here is where you probably spend more time enjoying your meals “al fresco”, cooking in the BBQ or relaxing with sunbaths admiring the wonderful views and sunsets.
It's 1.5 km far from Burriana beach where you can find lots of bar, restaurants, and water activities.
Just 5min from the centre of Nerja which still conserves its local colour.
This old part of the town offers many facilities and services. There is a regular Bus service that communicates the complex with the centre and the Burriana Beach if you don´t want to walk or to drive.
There is a supermarket 5 min walking from the complex.
LOW SEASON : There is a charge for heating/electricity, subject to consumption.
Air Conditioning : is Optional, + €60 extra per week.
