wishing to take a holiday during the cooler months. Erected on two levels, the upper floor has two bedrooms and the lounge dining area wraps round an open fireplace. The Ground floor has an open plan lounge/kitchen with sofa bed,
lounging chairs and a separate twin bedroom plus shower room. An internal staircase connects to the accommodation above with two lockable doors (one at top and bottom) if required. This villa is perfect for a large family,a family with teenagers who would like some independence, or even two families wishing to holiday together, yet the split level accommodation would ensure privacy if desired.
We should point out that neither the upstairs or downstairs would be let independently.There are two supermarkets within a three minute drive. And the up and coming exclusive resort of Moraira is within five minutes drive.
The pool area has a boltable gate, which when opened has access to the lower terrace. When locked this gate encloses the entire pool area allowing children to frolic to their hearts content. As with most villas, children should be supervised at all times.
The upstairs naya/balcony is accessed through glazed doors from both the main bedroom and the lounge.
the lower naya beside the pool provides shade during the day, and if you feel like quenching your thirst with the drink of your choice, please feel free to pick a lemon or two from the tree.
This is a traditional spanish villa with descending tiered gardens consisting mainly of cacti and pine trees.
Each level is accessed by steps. The property we believe is unsuitable for wheelchair user and people with mobility problems.
The Villa is cleaned prior to occupancy. Bed Linen and towels included.
A 30 minute drive will take you to the old village of Altea. It is well signposted and well worth a visit. With it's tavernas and beautiful square.
Near Benidorm approx 30mins drive is "Mundomar" with it's live animals, exotic plants and scenery.
Moraira itself is approx 5mins drive and has an abundance of Restaurants, each with it's own variety of cuisine.
Just along the coast is the town of Calpe, which also has a marina and bustling nightlife. There are some fantastic fish restaurants dotted around the marina. So there is something for everyone.

The pricing for the villa as a whole is for six persons. Accommodation for two extra guests in the downstsairs apartment using the sofa bed is £100 per week.
