A beautiful spacious villa with its own private pool (8m. x 4m.) with roman steps. South facing, with panoramic views over the surrounding area to the sea. The area is a quiet, secluded residential with all nationalities living or holidaying here.

Situated on a large plot in a select development one mile from the attractive village of Moraira. Casa Suzannah is approx. forty five to sixty minute drive from the airport of Alicante, a little more from Valencia.

Our villa has two levels, upstairs is via an internal spiral staircase or an external conventional staircase. There are two bedrooms in the upper level, one double and one twin bedded room with an ajoining bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate large shower, vanity unit and WC. There are double doors from the doubled bedded room to a private sun terrace.
The ground floor level has one double bedded room with en-suite shower room, one other double bedroom and one twin bedded room with a family bathroom.
Also on the ground floor a large lounge/dining room with TV, DVD and freeview TV, there is a log fire for out of season times.Wireless internet WiFi is also provided for you to be able to use your own equipment, laptop Iphone etc.
A large fully equipped kitchen including 5 ring stove with large oven and grill, fridge, freezer, microwave, double sink, washing machine etc. Doors outside to a spacious private enclosed Andalucian style terrace. On the opposite side of the kitchen a door to the outside kitchen/barbeque with sink, BBQ, and bar area all of which are adjacent to another private terrace area.
The swimming pool is private and not overlooked and is for your use only. The pool is on the same level as the ground floor of the house.

All linen is provided except for large beach / pool towels.



All the terraces have seating, tables, and or sunbeds.

A Welcome pack is provided on arrival.

Only 4 to 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches and restaurants of Moraira. Two bar/ restaurants are within walking distance. Despite the easy access to the town and amenities we do recommend a car, although only a mile from town, during the heat of the summer, maybe 50 degrees in the sun, I feel it is too hot to walk. Casa Susanah is about a 10 minute drive to Javea Golf Club and Benitachell Bowls Club and less to San Jaime golf course. The theme park Terra Mitica is a 30 min. drive great for the kids and adults alike, look out for discount vouchers at the airport and the Costa Blanca News. Terra Natura wildlife park, Aqualandia water park and Mundomar (Sea World) are in the same area of Terra Mitica. The Safari Park at Pego is a 30 minute drive.

Casa Susanah has ample parking space for 3 or more cars.

Changeover day is normally Saturday but it may be possible to arrange another out of peak season - phone us to discuss on 01730 260990.
